Common questions.
Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. Legatix is installed like any Shopify app and configured from an embedded dashboard. You add your marketplace credentials once; everything else is toggles.
How do marketplace orders reach Shopify?
Legatix polls your connected marketplaces and creates each new order as a native Shopify order, mapped to the right products by EAN. You fulfil it exactly like a regular order, and cancellations or refunds sync back automatically.
Can I exclude certain products from a marketplace?
Yes. Every Shopify product page gets a Legatix block with a per-marketplace toggle, including a "don't sync this product" switch.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Shopify sends us an uninstall webhook and all merchant data is deleted within 48 hours. Details are in the privacy policy.
My marketplace isn't listed. Can you add it?
Probably. The sync pipeline is marketplace-agnostic and new connectors are added regularly. Email us with the marketplace and your catalog size.
